These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Water Industry Hub. By purchasing a membership or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Water Industry Hub, operated by Water Industry Hub Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. Registered trademark UK00004374513.
By accessing the platform or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
All prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT at the prevailing rate will be added to invoices.
We offer four tiers of access to the platform:

Water company staff are entitled to free access with a verified work email address. This free access does not include membership benefits and may be withdrawn at our discretion.
All prices exclude VAT. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate.
Membership fees are payable annually in advance. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment details you authorise us to charge the applicable annual fee. Memberships auto-renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing with a minimum of 30 days' written notice before your renewal date.
All content on Water Industry Hub — including the supplier directory, contract intelligence data, tender information, intelligence articles, Supplier Spotlight articles, Case Study articles and website design — is the intellectual property of Water Industry Hub Ltd and protected by UK copyright law.
Water Industry Hub provides procurement intelligence, tender information and sector news drawn from publicly available sources including Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Ofwat publications, Companies House and trade press.
Important: While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranty — express or implied — as to the completeness, accuracy or fitness for purpose of any information on the platform. Information is provided for general guidance only. You should always verify information directly with the relevant water company or contracting authority before making commercial decisions.

Breach of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate suspension of your membership without refund.
The contract intelligence, framework tracking and tender pipeline information on Water Industry Hub is derived from publicly available procurement notices and regulatory publications. It constitutes analytical intelligence, not official procurement documentation.
Where we provide procurement support, bid writing assistance or framework strategy advice as a separately priced service, this is provided on a best-efforts basis. We make no guarantee of outcome, including framework award or tender success. Specific terms for procurement support engagements will be set out in a separate statement of work.
Job listings are posted at the advertiser's own risk. We do not verify the accuracy of job postings or the employment status of candidates. We are not party to any employment contract between an employer and candidate. We accept no liability for the outcome of any recruitment process facilitated through the platform.
Water Industry Hub Ltd is committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our business or supply chain. We comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. As a small business, we are not currently required to publish an annual Modern Slavery statement but we take our obligations seriously and will act promptly on any concerns raised.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the platform you confirm you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active members of material changes by email with a minimum of 14 days' notice before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The date of the last update is shown below.
