1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Water Industry Hub, operated by Water Industry Hub Ltd ("we", "us", "our") (registered as Waterindustryhub Ltd, company number 17401688), whose registered office is at 8 Saxifrage Close, Bromsgrove, United Kingdom, B61 0FG. Registered trademark UK00004374513.

By accessing the platform or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Membership Plans

Water Industry Hub Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on the prices shown below.

We offer four tiers of access to the platform:

Silver membership is available on an annual or monthly billing cycle. The monthly rate (£250/month) carries a premium over the annual rate (£2,500/year, equivalent to approximately £208/month) in exchange for the lower up-front commitment. Silver benefits are identical on both billing cycles.

Gold membership is offered at £5,000/year as a launch offer for members who sign up on or before 31 December 2026. This introductory price applies for the member's first annual term; renewal pricing after the offer period will be confirmed at least 30 days before any renewal invoice. Gold membership does not currently carry per-category exclusivity — placement is featured and prioritised, but more than one Gold member may hold the same primary category.

EU tender & framework intelligence (Gold only) consists of relevant notices sourced from TED (Tenders Electronic Daily, the EU's official procurement publication), added to your regular digest alongside UK coverage. Notice values are shown in their native currency as published by TED and are not converted to GBP. This is a curated, email-delivered feature in line with Section 3 of these terms, not a self-service search tool.

Water Industry Hub Ltd is not currently VAT registered. If this changes, VAT will be added at the prevailing rate and this page updated in advance.

3. How Intelligence Is Delivered

Water Industry Hub is a curated intelligence service, not an automated self-service platform. Named-supplier data, contract values and other Silver/Gold-tier intelligence are not unlocked automatically on the website upon payment.

• Silver and Gold intelligence — including named suppliers, contract values, tender and award alerts — is delivered by email to the address registered on your account, as part of our weekly Monday digest.
• Specific data requests (for example, a named supplier or value behind a locked/blurred item on the site) are handled individually by email and are typically answered within 2 working days.
• We do not currently operate a member login or self-service account area. Access to Silver/Gold intelligence is fulfilled by us directly, not by automated unlocking of content on the page.
• It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided at sign-up is monitored and kept up to date, so you receive your digest and any requested information.

4. Payment Terms

Membership fees are payable in advance, either annually or — for Silver membership only — monthly, according to the billing cycle selected at sign-up. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment details you authorise us to charge the applicable fee for your chosen billing cycle. Annual memberships auto-renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date; monthly Silver memberships auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing date.

We reserve the right to amend our pricing with a minimum of 30 days' written notice before your renewal date (annual) or next billing date (monthly).

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your membership at any time. For annual memberships, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual billing period. For monthly Silver memberships, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing period, and no further monthly payments will be taken.
• You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your first payment during which you may request a full refund, provided you have not actively used the platform's intelligence features. This applies once, at the start of membership, regardless of billing cycle — it does not reset with each monthly payment.
• After the 14-day cooling-off period, we do not offer pro-rata refunds for early cancellation, whether billed annually or monthly.
• If we materially reduce the features included in your membership tier without notice, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription (annual members) or a refund of your most recent monthly payment (monthly members).
• To cancel, email info@waterindustryhub.com with your company name, membership tier and billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Water Industry Hub — including the supplier directory, contract intelligence data, tender information, intelligence articles, Supplier Spotlight articles, Case Study articles and website design — is the intellectual property of Water Industry Hub Ltd and protected by UK copyright law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit any content from the platform without our prior written consent.
• You may share individual intelligence items with colleagues within your organisation for internal business purposes.
• Supplier Spotlight and Case Study articles: Articles written by Water Industry Hub about your business remain the intellectual property of Water Industry Hub Ltd. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to reproduce and share the article for your own promotional purposes during your active membership. On cancellation of membership, this licence continues for 12 months. The article may remain published on Water Industry Hub at our discretion.
• The directory database — including all supplier records, contact data and category information — is a proprietary database protected by the Database Directive. Systematic extraction or use of directory data for commercial prospecting is prohibited.

7. Accuracy of Information and Disclaimer

Water Industry Hub provides procurement intelligence, tender information and sector news drawn from publicly available sources including Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Ofwat publications, Companies House and trade press.

• Contract values, framework dates and named suppliers are sourced from public procurement notices and may not reflect the current or complete position.
• Water company pages on this platform are maintained by Water Industry Hub and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the named water company.
• People and Appointments information is sourced from public announcements and may not reflect current roles.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or economic loss arising from your use of the platform or reliance on information published on it, including loss of contracts, loss of profit or loss of business opportunity.
• Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total membership fees you have paid us in that same 12-month period.
• We are not liable for any commercial decision you make based on intelligence, tender information or framework data published on the platform.
• We are not liable for the accuracy of third-party content linked from the platform.
• We are not liable for the actions or omissions of any supplier, contractor or water company listed in the directory.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Directory Listings

• Standard listings are included at no charge at our discretion. We reserve the right to remove or amend any listing.
• By submitting contact details for a directory listing, you consent to those details being publicly visible on the platform to all registered users.
• You are responsible for ensuring all information you submit for your listing is accurate and not misleading.
• You may request removal of your listing at any time by emailing info@waterindustryhub.com. We will action removal within 5 working days.
• We reserve the right to include any UK water sector business in the directory using publicly available information, subject to removal requests.

10. Acceptable Use

By using Water Industry Hub, you agree not to:

• Systematically extract, copy or download directory data for use in mass marketing, prospecting databases or competitor services
• Use the platform to transmit spam, unsolicited communications or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or harvest content from the platform
• Misrepresent your identity, company or credentials when registering or using the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation

Breach of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate suspension of your membership without refund.

11. Intelligence and Contract Information

The contract intelligence, framework tracking and tender pipeline information on Water Industry Hub is derived from publicly available procurement notices and regulatory publications. It constitutes analytical intelligence, not official procurement documentation.

• Framework data showing named suppliers, contract values and expiry dates is sourced from public notices and is provided for intelligence purposes only
• Silver-tier intelligence features including named supplier visibility and retender date tracking are analytical services, not certified procurement data
• Water companies and contracting authorities should contact us at info@waterindustryhub.com to request corrections to information about their organisation

12. Procurement Support Services

Where we provide procurement support, bid writing assistance or framework strategy advice as a separately priced service, this is provided on a best-efforts basis. We make no guarantee of outcome, including framework award or tender success. Specific terms for procurement support engagements will be set out in a separate statement of work.

13. Recruitment and Jobs Board

Job listings are posted at the advertiser's own risk. We do not verify the accuracy of job postings or the employment status of candidates. We are not party to any employment contract between an employer and candidate. We accept no liability for the outcome of any recruitment process facilitated through the platform.

14. Modern Slavery

Water Industry Hub Ltd is committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our business or supply chain. We comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. As a small business, we are not currently required to publish an annual Modern Slavery statement but we take our obligations seriously and will act promptly on any concerns raised.

15. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the platform you confirm you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active members of material changes by email with a minimum of 14 days' notice before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The date of the last update is shown below.
