Membership payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes payment card data under their own Privacy Policy. We have a Data Processing Agreement in place with Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

Contact details you provide for your directory listing — name, job title, email and phone — are visible to all users of the Water Industry Hub platform. We will only send you marketing communications — including news updates, sector intelligence beyond your membership tier, and information about new platform features — where you have explicitly opted in by ticking the relevant box when enquiring or signing up.
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@waterindustryhub.com or clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
