DCC has split a nine-firm legal panel across General Legal, Competition Law, Water Sector Regulation, Treasury and Insurance lots — Michelmores (£16.31m) and Burges Salmon (£14.31m) take the two largest awards, covering Competition Law and Water Sector Regulation respectively. Not the first water company legal framework of the year: Scottish Water ran a £15.2m version in August, and Severn Trent awarded its own legal panel earlier in AMP8.
