PRO005018 — IED Leakage Detection and Repair (LDAR) Framework for Biogas Facilities

A four-year framework for leak detection and repair surveys at United Utilities' biogas and bioresources sites, in line with the Industrial Emissions Directive and Environment Agency guidance for biological waste treatment. The surveys detect fugitive emissions of volatile organic compounds, including methane, using optical gas imaging cameras across assets such as digester roofs, gas pipes, CHP plant and digestate storage.
