US private equity firm Warburg Pincus has agreed to acquire Network Plus — 6,500+ staff, 94 depots, operating across water, wastewater, gas, power and transport — from OMERS Private Equity (announced 26 June 2026). One of the largest PE ownership changes in the water supply chain this year, signalling continued institutional investor appetite for AMP8-exposed contractors.
